I thinks it's perfect, no messy clean-up, romantic, and the best thing is if you move and say you want to change your mind about where you want it you can easily move it to another room. Like my office, livingroom, and bedroom are all the same wood, so I can change it around to different rooms to accomplish different looks. And even if we get a house that doesn't have a fireplace, it doesn't matter because I have one that goes with me. I LOVE IT!

It is definately not used to heat large rooms, but for the pure ambaince it is perfect. Who needs a night in a hotel if your own room looks better than a hotel to spark up that romance. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to buy the front chain mesh and grill separately from the fireplace, it's not included like you see in the picture.
